Your
order can be shipped "ground", 2nd day air or overnight. The average order takes 4-5 days to process. To this time required to process the order, add four business days for regular shipping, two days for two-day air and one day for overnight shipping. |

Order Cancellation We cannot cancel or make changes to an order once it into printing and no refunds will be given. All cancelled orders are subject to a $30 fee. Return Policy You may return non-personalized or unprinted items for a refund. However, no refunds/return of printed or personalized items is permitted. Misprinted Items If we made a mistake on your printed item, please let us know immediately and we will correct the mistake and have the order shipped to you via special shipping if your special event is less than thirty days away. If the mistake was yours, we will have the item reprinted with an additional ten percent discount. |
